Damn, Salvatore is the type of guy that makes squeaking out Holli and Siobhan's pornography secrets look easy and very casual. Without him, who would've known that Holli had quite a collection or that Siobhan was into S&M (or that Salvatore also likes it - hah!).
I hate to say it but Maria stunk as bad if not slightly worse in the dining room as Salvatore's first go at it a couple episodes ago. In the kitchen Scott's performance wasn't as terrible as Maria made it out to be on her way out, but Maria's wasn't fantastic either. Scott at least got his orders right and didn't double up.
I do think Fran was justified in picking Nilka as her second choice for elimination and Gordon Ramsay was arguably too hasty to send her back in line given that Nilka was cooking chicken hours before the doors opened. I would've at least given her the standard questioning of why she should stay in Hell's Kitchen even if was planning on sending Maria or Scott packing before her. Nobody, nobody at all cooks chicken with the intent for it to be eaten hours later, so for her to basically be wasting what would otherwise be perfectly fine chicken is a bit ofa shame.
And speaking of chicken, Jason really dodged a bullet tonight following Ramsay's confrontation over why it was in the fries. Siobhan also dodged a bullet with how pissed off Ramsay was with her raw burger too.
