I'm surprised Ramsay hasn't torn into Benjamin with how often he responds to him with "oui chef" like he's Jean-Philippe. Guy's a control freak, and Ramsay's got a point, he may not like his teammates, but that doesn't give him a right to not talk to them.
Jay's completely right about both Fran and Autumn, Fran did mean well and worked hard, but wasn't too knowledgeable on the theory side of things. As for Autumn? "Autumn sucks, and uh, what else? Autumn sucks. And uh, lastly, Autumn sucks."
