Two great episodes in a row. The show is really ending on a high note. His Dark Materials might not have been one of the best fantasy shows ever, but it has a really original story and an intriguing world. To see it reach this level at the final stages is really nice.
When I read the books, I didn’t quite understand why Asriel and Marissa did what they did….the show did an amazing job with the adaptation, now I get why they did it, that final scene with Metatron was sad but so so beautiful…
Once more Marisa carried the show, every other character is just a tragically lacklustre experience. And by every other I do mean every other.

How they didn't explain at all that the dying character in the cube was "the Authority" is just another typical failure by the showrunners.
I liked the first two seasons, I can't believe how boring the third is !
I'm watching every episode hoping for it to be just sufferable but no luck .
I will watch it to the end, I want to complete the show, but indeed it is a challenge of boredom.
