Why would she put her bloody clothes back on? Would the hospital really be so cheap as to not even allow her to borrow a pair of scrubs to wear home? By now fake blood that oxidases should have been invented, so actors aren't walking around with bright red stains hours after "being bled on".

Also it looks like a least 3 out of the 4 doctors have messy family lives/histories.

And did she really just chop that guy's hand off with an axe? What about blood vessels? He's gonna bleed out if you just hack off a body part without putting a tourniquet or something on first and then not even applying pressure once you've amputated. Did the show writers not ever watch any sort of medical anything? I'm not asking for 100% realism, but c'mon! People bleed out from cutting their wrists. This is common knowledge, so how could you take someone's hand off, and not have them bleed out if you don't try to stem the blood flow in any way?
