At least summer's back, they found funds to give Yazid more screentime and Christina is out in the field. Of course she's too normal to replace Staller but it's not like Girwidz could replace him. She has so much talent. The rest is fairly mediocre. It's like Riedl said: call the hotel, demand the guest list, check the names, realize there's a possible motive and find the bike. No undercover operation needed. And the bike was more or less found w/o elaborate police work. That's not very complex. I'm not even sure they needed the bike. With some serious CSI work, you probably could have linked the suspect to the murder.
