The first time I saw Maddie Hasson was in Grimm when she was a minor side character in an episode.
Basically a throw away character for the plot back then. She didn't have a lot of lines or anything but she caught my eye and I was looking her up if she was in anything else. While she was in The Finder first, I watched Twisted before that and she was absolutely stunning in Twisted, despite the terrible script towards the middle. In The Finder she wasn't used to her full potential or didn't yet develop it.
In this series, she's brilliant as well but she even tops it in this particular episode by far. Hasson complements her acting with so many subtle mannerisms (that down and up look when Jenna comes talking to her, opening her eyes when Clay demands an apology) that make her performance so much more believable and even captivating. I heavily doubt this series could work as good with anyone other than her. With that acting (and come one, it's Hollywood, her breathtaking looks) Maddie Hasson has a very bright future ahead.
But to be fair, the minor characters in this are doing a great job themselves and are formidable partners for Hasson to play off of.
Henry really can't handle this burden from that sexual assault :( I feel sorry for her :( Clue should be executed for that, I think any rapist should be killed!
The show started weak but is being stronger episode after the other. I am now really enjoying it.

I think Maddie Hasson should be nominated for her performance in this show.
And more people should be watching this.
