oohh - this is where things both get interesting and you start to lose me.

we're getting more into the story of who we're fighting against, and that's great. the story is gaining some depth, the villain is becoming clearer, and that awful foreboding of what could happen if nobody stops them is kinda starting to come into the light.

but - y'all are losing me with jenny. i love anya as a character. i can feel her emotion through the screen - her disdain for the people making her do this, her passions and desire to do something else, the connection she has with other people - but anytime things come back to jenny and her life it is boring. flat out - i just do not care for her as a character and i do not see the same excitement or passion in her that you see in young anya. as this is supposed to be jenny in her youth it just causes a disconnect and it's losing me.

This flashback hell is so annoying.

I gave it the 3 episode test and I came to the conclusion this is not my show.

Could have been much better... It all looks so easy, to easy perhaps?
