I like tattoos, enjoy watching people matstering their craft and putting their skills on display. The only annoying thing about the show is the nonsense that has nothing to do with the art. Every now and then you have drama between contestants. I wish this show was more like Forged in Fire in that sense. I just want to watch the artist tattoo, not bicker with each other, or have emotional breakdowns.
If you are a fan of reality competitions, this is one to check out! The challenges are crazy and the artistry is really impressive. The drama and characters the further you get into the show make for good tv as well. The spin off shows are also pretty solid, despite not reaching the quality of the core seasons. In my lists I actually rank all the Ink Master seasons (including spin offs) and I would recommend you to check out that list if you are looking for the best seasons to check out. Sucks that (in part) this was a COVID casualty, because it would be great to check this out year after year.

After a show is cancelled, the expectations are always minimal on whether good content will ever stumble up. When Ink Master comes back for Season 14, and its arguably the greatest season we have ever seen...there is plenty reason to be excited! Here's to hoping for many future seasons.

Glad this seems to be back for good at this point. Another quality season. I have revamped my ranking system to have spin-off shows with two or more seasons stand on their own, therefore Grudge Match is the only spin-off still included in my average.

No matter how many episodes I've watched or mark as watched, I cannot get this series to be added to progress list (under watched, it shows up in progress under collected???). If anyone has a remedy for this please let me know:)
Had to skip past most of season 8 due to the constant gender wars pushed by the girls. It's unbearable.
So far so good, looks to be 10 times better than LA Ink, London Ink and all those shows. More focus on the tats and not the cast!

Awesome show. Finally a reality show about actual talent and abilities. Not too much drama. My favorite reality show is the NFL, next to that, its Ink Master. They do have some sappy drama from time to time, but its not all that bad, since it helps you pick out the artists that you want to root for. I'm not that big on cooking shows, and I hate singing and dancing shows, so this is perfect. I have no tatoos, and never intend on getting any, but I really respect these guys and gals talents.
