Damn, is a god damn martial arts show, what are they doing with this lackluster fights? The final fight was just lame, with tones of slow motion and cuts and diffrent takes to show the absence of real fighting. Remember the pilot when you could actually have a one single sequence shot with the fights so you could actually ENJOY the thing for a change. I just hated this episode where nothing happened, the dialogues were weak and the fights were not well directed. It was all going fine but the fights - who was supposed to be the star of the show - are really falling short in this season. hope it gets better.
If you thought the fights in Iron Fist were lacking, this show is for you.

The actors in this show really need to work on their line delivery. Neither Aramis Knight (M.K.) or Eve Connolly (Ava) make their scenes believable, which makes the entire 'hidden gift' Abbotts temple seem super tacky.
