"Firefall" wasn't a very interesting story to me. The doppelganger didn't seem threatening really; I didn't find the actor who played him to be frightening. This was another episode were Kolchak just doesn't seem as engaged as the earlier stories and his boss Tony is way over the top crazy the way he constantly screams at Kolchak. Philip Carey as Sgt. Mayer was not funny and the normal playful battles that Kolchak has with the police were instead almost mean.
