L.A.'s Finest 2019

how can people vote this up? I tell you why someone would rate it down. it's because there is now counterpart like in Bad Boys. Marcus never loved shootouts or liked it getting in trouble. He was a grounded guy... this show lacks this dynamic, it's just 2 supercops without a flaw. that works for 1-2 Episodes, after that it's just boring, sometimes annoying. the whole buddy movie thing doesnt work here.

you wanna Action packend cop buddy movie Show - watch lethal weapon. Or even the Magnum Reboot. Quite good.

you wanna have a good cop Show - watch the rookie.

I'm still watching because Alba but I don't know if I can get through the whole season.

I just watched this again. I love this series, and such a cliff hanger. PLEASE bring season 3.

I liked the show during the 1st season.

During the first episodes of season 2 I realized, that the only reason I was still watching was Alba.

There is nothing particularly bad about this show. But there is also nothing particularly good about it either.
Watching season 2 feels like eating an unseasoned steak. You can eat it, but its not particular enjoyable.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. Not even sure how I found this show. But I had very low expectations of it. However, I found it to be a decently fun cop show. It has an 80's throw-back feel to it. It has a pretty good overarching story-line and the female leads have good chemistry. Even though I was 99% sure I knew who Knox was (and I was right) after just a couple episodes, it was still enjoyable.

(Initial Impression) The draw may be a meld of Bad Boys fans and, of course, fans of Jessica Alba. Other than that, it doesn't have much going for it. The writing is lame. The action is surreal. Cops live in elaborate homes. Detectives disrespect the law and live as if they are immortal. Heavy on action. Silly rather than comedic. Complete escapism (but, then again, I'm not opposed to the occasional escape). I give this series a 5.5 (fair-ish) out of 10. [Action Nonsense]

So I gave it a chance and the first episode surprised me in a positive way. But when they with the minimal amount of keystrokes that would make even the guys on CSI jealous found the killer by tracing the Bluetooth sensors in the wheels of his car in the second episode I gave up on this being a good cop show. Will watch a few more because of Alba to see if it gets any better. Strongly doubt it though...
