7.3/10. I liked this one well enough. Congressional campaign finance is an interesting way to get at campaign finance issues without simply retreading well-trod ground. It was certainly surprising to learn how much time lawmakers spending fundraising. That said, normally Oliver offers some kind of solution, even a minor one, and while he kind of did that by pointing out the reform bills that have little chance of passing, there wasn't much here beyond "this is a problem." Plus, while I had a few chuckles, his interview with Congressman Israel devolved into the usual Daily Show correspondent schtick. Sure, that stuff is generally good, but I've come to expect more from Oliver and LWT after Snowden and the other still amusing but more direct interviews he's done.

Still the opening bits about Trump's casual statements on nuclear policy and the show's prank about the Yankees' club seats were both a lot of fun, so the episode had that going for it.
