As someone from the UK but watches the US recording, I was not aware of the anti-satire rules of using footage from the House of Commons.

[7.3/10] Good episode. Riffing on Trump saying he doesn't need to prepare for the North Korea summit is shooting fish in a barrel, and the same goes for Duterte kissing a young fan. The interstitial bit about questions from a The View knockoff were amusing enough.

I wasn't thrilled about the main story. I really like its thesis -- that the efforts to discredit the Mueller investigation are part of a very deliberate plan to sway public opinion to give political cover to ending the investigation or disregarding its results. But just pointing out the flaws in the theories spun by the likes of the Fox News faithful is the kind of whack-and-mock-a-mole game that Jon Stewart used to devote his show to, and I expect something deeper and more informative from Last Week Tonight. I did appreciate the well-observed OJ comparison though.

My favorite segment was the last one though. Oliver both dunking on his country of origin, and rebelling against the UK's anti-satire laws is gold all around.

Overall, a solid episode, with the last segment being the biggest bright spot.
