Intense episode, insane for a season premiere. All of Olivia's decisions once she subdued Lewis were aggravating. She should've just called the cops then and there, but since she didn't, then kill the bastard! But no, we don't get that, either. I assume the second half of this double episode is going to involve him using the fact she unnecessarily assaulted him with the bar to try and lessen his sentence or something. Oh, never mind. The second half has absolutely nothing to do with the first half, other than Benson having to deal with the trauma. Bit of a weird choice to make this a double episode, then.
The guy who called in the white minivan parked in his driveway is the actor who played Michael in GTA V. I've never seen him in anything else before, but his voice was instantly recognizable. This episode aired 8 days after GTA V released. That's wild. (Side note, fucking hell, GTA V is about to be 10 years old...)
