Pretty lame episode with a rather ridiculous plot. A catfishing girl from West Virginia managed to maneuver two celebrities from NYC into having sex-turned-rape? It's unbelievable. In the bad way.
The main purpose for this episode was the Noah abduction at the end, and also to push forward the Carisi-Rollins relationship. Which is pretty meh to me. I don't think Rollins is a good character, nor do I think the two of them match with each other well.
Also, why is Sheila able to just live in an Airbnb in NYC for months on end now? She had literally nothing else going on in her life until now? Poorly written character.

The Sheila-plot... well, of course something would happen...
the case: playing the naive country girl, the poor girl because she has to take care of her mother, doesn't work if one sets up such a "date"... honestly though, the guy was pretty naive too when he believed the "I want to be raped"-plot when he hasn't even met the girl yet. And she should never have gone with him to his appartment on the first date. So all around pretty damnable circumstances.
Didn't care for Rollins/Carisi.
