The story is starting to pick up and I like it. It's cool that Hope remembered Landon's mother, I hope it's got something to do with her tribrid nature - it feels like they kind of forget how strangely special she is sometimes. In this case, however, I actually expected Landon to remember instead of Hope, it would have made sense that the thing which is basically his father would not work on him - he's the one that's "awakening" the keys, too, after all. Until they figure out what's going on, Landon probably shouldn't touch any ancient artefacts, anyway.
The creature from the Black Lagoon needs to sue.
Lawrence, Kansas. Home to my 2 favorite Supernatural Hunters.
This episode was better than the last one, although I think the writers took the easy way out with the memory loss. Seylah was an interesting character, I wanted to see more of her.

I still want to see more of Hope's magic potential.
Was it the dart that affected Hopes memories?
I'm not 100 percent sure that the mother sacrificed herself. And if she did, how did it help Landon.
I'm kinda surprised they're introducing Big Pharma or Corporate Brother, the Triad, a thing that wasn't done in Vampire Diaries or Originals, unless you count the time Damon and Enzo were tortured by evil scientists. I hope they don't screw that up.
