Bugs receives super powers when he eats super-charged carrots. This is a parody of the old Superman cartoons. Bugs battles a rabbit-hating cowboy and his horse. My favorite part of this short is when Bugs gets the cowboy and horse to cheer for him. "Bricka-bracka, Bricka-bracka, sis-boom-ba, Bugs Bunny, Bugs Bunny, rah-rah-rah"!!! Bugs' motion are hilarious here. He seems a bit more innocent here in the way he thwarts his rivals. He has yet to totally find his persuasive personality as this is an early-40s cartoon. The ending has Bugs becoming a "real hero" as he exits a phone booth in full Marine uniform and marches to, as the sign says, Tokyo and Berlin. The Marines actually made Bugs an honorary Master Sargent because of this cartoon.
