This is another fast-paced and funny, Turtle vs. Hare short. Cecil the Turtle's voice is great. There are a number of interesting headshot angles of Cecil. It really adds to his personality. There are also some drawings of Bugs that I thought lacked detail, but that actually added to the charm.
This has a lot of good gags with excellent timing. Both Bugs and the Cecil Turtle are on the defensive at times. These Bugs vs. Cecil shorts are unique in that Bugs becomes unraveled quickly and he is seldom like that in any other WB cartoons.
