Rating this drama is tough because I could easily list everything wrong about it (mostly in the last third): Yao Yao becomes utterly useless, it's filled with weird half-Chinese/half-English conversations, one major character is completely ignored until the last ten seconds and I could go on because that part is a mess and it wasn't even half as interesting as I was expecting considering the huge built up! Still this is the first C-drama I decided to watch and it really pulled me in while suffering through a K-drama slump: I loved the concept, the tone, the characters, the chemistry between the two leads ... 2/3 of this drama deserve a 9/10 but overall I probably should at least lower the score to 8/10 (painfully).
