Again, we’re stretching the definition of “hypothesis” pretty far here, which defeats the purpose of using the scientific method as a spine for these shorts. Peter developing web-fluid and figuring out how to use it is a solid premise for a four-minute bit, but the best the show can come up with for it is baseball and trying to fight a fly. A pretty meh little outing.
