Dogs are not dangerous
They were with humans in old times, now they can be still together but humans occupy their lands. They behave badly to them.
As i understood correct, this episode is about something like that.
Humans destroy nature. Building houses, cutting trees and in this episode, dogs are taking revenge of that.
I did not like episode so much because they used probably dogs to record this episode. Maybe they hurt also.
ALso, i thought dogs were killed in USA. There were no stray dogs but maybe in past, it is different.
And why dogs did not attack that old guy? He has also a house. What is difference?
Burning house was also nonsense. When they burned house, nature was also damaged. Insects for example can be harmed.
The house was really luxury.
That old guy could say to michael to get away but millennium wanted frank to experience this. I could not understand exactly. To gain his ability back? Maybe.
In diary, frank black was written. Frank did not question it too much.
They can give food and they can live peacefully together but they chose to stay at homes after sun goes down.
It was nonsense episode. That is why i give 5 / 10.

C'mon Frank, i thought you were smarter than this. Rejecting multiple warnings yet still stays outside after sun down (why not just do it, just in case, and get more information in the mean time, plus a couple literally died from dog attacks and wild dogs would be roaming around at night). Then partially with luck and partially with skill he manages to get in his car and evade the dogs. Then instead of getting out of town he goes to a local doctor building, which obviously doesn't let him in, and the dogs surrounded the car. Then he gets lucky AGAIN with that other car arriving.
Ugh.
And this was all because... Of balance... Or something... That's the reasoning behind the plot and attack dogs... Probably something to do with the religious mythology...
