This is the best adaptation of Sherlock Holmes I have ever seen.
The anime reminds me a lot of a Death Note or Code Geass, but I personally find the resulting psychological warfare to be better thought out and expressed in this anime.
Before this adaptation, I did not know the character Moriarty in the Sherlock Holmes franchise, I was not a very big fan of the franchise, but now thanks to this adaptation, I can say that the character Moriarty is one of my Favorite Anti-Hero of any franchise.
Everything is extremely logical, the story as well as the narration, the themes are very philosophical and the whole is very engaging.
There is no such thing as good or bad, even the main antagonist of the story turns out to be a protagonist that our Moriarty uses for his purposes.
There are even references to James Bond and Jack the Ripper.
The opening and ending are both excellent and the musics/ost are all very well used.
I recommend this anime to anyone who likes novels and manga such as Sherlock Holmes, Lupin, Death Note, Code Geass, etc ... And who love all that is psychological and phylosopic warfare.
I really enjoyed this anime although it was so short but they made every episode with a great story So recommend for anyone who likes this kind of shows, it's really good
