The script is not even on the level of a soap opera. To be satisfied, the viewer must be either completely stupid or under the influence of some opiates. Instead of rewatching the episodes, I recommend watching the "1hr32min film version". The only plus is the role of Christoph Waltz.
I looked at this and thought myself: yeeah... this is going to be another dumb action flick - you don't want to watch this. But then I saw Christoph Waltz on the bill and figured this is Quibi's attempt to create a hook*... But really all the people attached to this must have either envisioned a different version of this or just plain don't care.
The plot... is generic and predictable, the action is rather lame no small thanks to the "choreography", the "hunters" are caricatures and the whole thing is more or less shot to accommodate portrait mode and sports very little flair. Not that the production values wouldn't be sufficient for a "flick" but it just can't safe writing this bad. The scenario this plays out in is already quite unrealistic (and they even have the audacity to imply this is a long running tradition that has been going on for centuries) but there are also like 3253895725 plotholes in this. Don't get me wrong... it can be quite hilarious at times (far more than most comedies) but it's not a thrilling hunt. Maybe they thought their audience is just watching this one poop at the time (would explain all the annoying exposition dialogue) but if they can't even work within their own story to make things SEMI realistic I can't help but call this shite.
*Like 90% of all Quibi press/reviews reviews were put out for the launch with only 1/4 of the content available...
So far I like this show. I wonder what happens next?
MY THOUGHTS ON MOST DANGEROUS GAME:

I won't lie there's not too much to say about this one. It's pretty damn good and offers a movie length TV Show so if you're someone who doesn't have too much free time and struggles to find the time for long TV Shows then this is definitely one for you. With it only running just over 2 hours its a nice quick watch and is well worth the time.
Most Dangerous Game has a fun little story and keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering whether he'll be killed or not, will he be caught? will he survive? who knows... The story is fairly simple but it's also very entertaining to watch and personally I enjoyed it very much. One episode in particular that was really good was episode 13. I feel like that was the best episode of the series.
Overall Liam Hemsworth does a brilliant job and helps piece together a nice little series which is filled with action and keeps you on the edge of your seat. The cast are great and everybody does the're job perfectly. If you have 2 hours to spare then give it a watch!

Of the shows I’ve tried on Quibi so far, this is the best. I’m waiting eagerly to find out what happens next. I do wish it were in a longer format, though.
Started off well, and I really wanted to like this show, but the characters were so weak ... from his stupid wife to the cartoonish hunters who were so easily defeated,. The prey did well enough, but the rest were terrible. Too bad really.
Like a fast food waiter, it delivers but doesn't bring anything new to the table.
A decent action film that has the added bonus of being filmed in Detroit but not much different than anything else you'd care to watch this weekend.
Good-ish action movie broken up with ads every 10 minutes.
Not the best movie, but not the worst either. The entire scene with the motorbike is so stupid it should have been edited out.
Plenty of eye-rolls, but that's normal with a lot of action flicks. The ending is predicible.

I did enjoy this show...even with the unbelievable good luck he had in every situation. The ending was great. Such class for the rules.

Review :
Welcome to the new way to storytelling, stories splitted into chapters in form of episodes. The mobile streaming platform Quibi has released a new thriller series with 15eps of approx 9mins each. Most Dangerous Game is a brilliantly directed , intriguing , gritty , adrenaline rush you dont want to miss. With premise which is not uncommon as this one is, we have seen survival shows many times and in many forms. This one is fresh with brilliant and tight screenplay, to the point editing and crisp twists which keeps you hooked in the show.
Liam Hemsworth as Dodge is commendable in this show. He is fearsome , desperate and vulnerable. The Showman is Christoph Waltz, his pitch perfect dialogues are well written and he plays good bad manager of the so called most dangerous game. Sarah Gadon has provided good support as wife of Dodge. The Hunter Chris Webster as Nixon gives you chills everytime he is on set.
Overall This show wastes no time, has crisp screenplay and a brilliant watch. Only disappointed was it oddly unsatisfactory ending. Nevertheless Watch it for the engaging thrills and acting. You wont realise when you finished 15episodes.

Liam Hemsworth finally shows promise as an actor. Christoph Waltz steals the show though. Chris Webster as well.
Unrealistic but entertaining. I really like the ending lol. An highly educated dangerous man with class, fair and plays by the rules :joy:

Jokes aside, the show is far from a disaster, but if this is indicative of the best Quibi can offer, the service is in for a short life. Truly, the streaming wars are the most dangerous game.
