Nah, I’m sorry, but Jackie is literally the worst person on the planet. Don’t get me wrong; I was Team Cole, not Team Alex, but she just CANNOT do this.
I mean, her boyfriend tells her he loves her, so what does she do? She hooks up with his brother (whom he’s terribly insecure about), and then runs away from both of them, creating heartbreak, mistrust and a broken family for everyone… Like, come on, who does that??
Honestly, she’s just a trash human being: it was clear she wanted Cole from the beginning, so she should have just never gotten together with Alex in the first place. There was no reason for her to use and hurt him like this. She has no empathy at all. Yuck.

Jackie really annoys me, her behaviour is so bad. She is going pull the family apart.
Loved the season but I was a bit down about the ending within this finale episode. With Jackie leaving and wrecking the lives of Cole and Alex, anything built over the season was a waste of time. Cannot see how a season 2 can happen due to the title ‘My Life with the Walter Boys’. I do somehow hope there is a season 2 though.

I rewatched season 1 in 3 evenings.
