It has its moments and some very nice visuals but the main point loses its edge when we're finally moving on from tackling overt racism to more insidious forms. This kind of metaphor had its purpose at first, then it just became a way of people feeling good about themselves, the same way people love to watch nazis in movies and think "see, that's racism, I just think some kinds of people are naturally more profficient in some tasks than others..."
