There are a lot of changes in comparison to the novel in this episode, some of which are contradictory to the information from the book, but the main character seems to be likeable and the claustrophobic atmosphere of the clinic is well-done. I have not finished the novel yet and I was worried that it would be boring after watching the show, but it seems that it would not be the case as the literary form presents the emotions and experiences of the protagonist in more depth.
