The gang decides to throw him a surprise party to cheer him up. Froggy overhears their plans, but misunderstands and think he's being left out for being a sourpuss. He disguises himself as a girl and attends the party after booby trapping everything. When he learns that the party is actually for him, he makes sure he's the victim of all the pranks.
