Pandemic films are movies focused on a lethal usually airborne and infectious disease that infects most of the planet. This disease can come in the form of a deadly supervirus, a malignant plague, and sometimes a Zombie outbreak (depending on how its spread).
Zombie infections in many forms of fictions themselves often spread via bite and thus in the context of a 'Pandemic' show, they would not be on this list.

Movies and TV Shows about viral outbreaks (released pre-Covid) that I have seen over the years and have a viral outbreak at their center and not as a background setting.
This list does not include movies where a viral outbreak is not in the focus or just the backstory for a dystopaian future e.g. Zombie/Vampire Plague, Last Man Standing Scenarios, Refugees, Found Footage etc.
