Season 1

Inverness, Highland, All of things about scotland that I'd never heard before this series. But after I watch this, I'd realize that landscape is wonderful and beautiful.

This is one of the best television shows/series I have ever watched

I only started reading the books because I stumbled across this series and started to love it. The first season was definitely the best as it was mostly true to what happens in the books. There's still quite a few changes especially towards the end of the first season – which is where I prefer the book's version.

I'm not really getting why I aren't raving about this series. Great scenery, little bits of violence, romance, time travel...it should be awesome! But sadly, it hasn't grabbed me...

But definitely give it a try. Programs like this deserve to succeed...
