this was amazing! i was rolling my eyes at reese's arc at first but i liked how it turned out. everything else was great, the root and shaw slowburn was good (specially with root's "confession") and, of course, her discussions with finch about the machine alwaysss deliver
I had to come back and watch this episode again after 4x22. Some things have become much clearer now.

Such a strong episode. Season 4 escalates so quickly and I do love this one. Root's melancholy at losing her mainline to the Machine, the rigged election, the shootout between her and Martine both in 'God Mode', Harold's Machine iterations. Masterful.
Also the concrete proof that what's between Root and Shaw is more than just flirtation (and least from Root's end).
