Whenever Isabella has a chance to have a character focus that isn't strictly about her crush on Phineas. That isn't to say stories like that aren't great (especially in the later seasons), but here she gets to shine in a leadership role that's both inspiring and very funny. The entire concept of this episode is really great, and gives way to amazing visual gags, particularly one involving a jar of jelly beans.

And whenever the show decides to have a Doof plot like this it's always great. His backstory this time around is one of his funniest, particularly for how long and complicated it actually is.
