When and how did Starr gets his scar? I assumed he got it after an operation to make him invulnerable to Genesis but it doesn't look like it.
So much happened in this episode, it's hard for me to process all of it. What really stuck out at me was the scene with Jesse and Allfather. His death was pretty brutal, although I wasn't that bothered by it, surprisingly.

Ok I really like this season but the thing that bothers me is that the actor who plays Jody was in all this season's episodes but is credited as a guest star, and Eugene & Hitler are in the opening credits with only 2-3 appearances this season.
