This feels like such an effective epilogue to the Sailor V series, and bridge to the team series, that I'm surprised to learn none of these supporting characters are actually from the Sailor V manga. Still, it's a good character piece for Minako, who's still been waiting for some exploration as a late addition to the show, and some reflection on her time as an offscreen solo hero. I also like how they make use of Sailor Moon's disguise powers, to actually give her sailing abilities alongside the uniform.
