Perfectly fine episode. Baldwin's Trump is doing the usual "riff on the news" routine without much of a new angle. The Conor McGregor bit was just a spate of the standard Irish jokes, but Alex Moffat brought some life to the character. Pete Davidson's mini stand-up routine about Colin Kaepernik had some witty observations and a fun, loose energy. And it's always a pleasure to see Cathy Ann come back, railing against "Donald Trunk" and "Queen Antifa" and bringing her hardscrabble but incisive wisdom to the table.
The actual jokes from Jost and Che at the desk were pretty good too, with Che in particular having a unique perspective that doesn't sound like the same jabs every late night comedian is making. Overall, good entertainment.
