It's always mindboggling how less composure Charlie has when ghosts are close. Typical script gets in the way of storrytelling to create unnecessary drama. As if the ghosts are hallucinations, than Charlie wouldn't know what they tell him but doesn't matter, because drama! Eh. Similar with the lack of communication between Charlie and Alex. Do they never talk outside of their job? I'd assume Charlie had tons of reasons and chances to tell her about what happened with Christine. At least the Dawn thing wasn't a simple copy of Private Practice and was done more in the background.
Considering this got a fifth season order and how much it goes down the drain this season, I'm sceptical about the future (stories) of this show.
