I wouldn’t have minded the whole zombie apocalypse thing for the final season if they had developed it earlier… half of S05 felt like filler plot lines and they could have done so much with the zombies! Oh well…
Definitely the weaker season of the show but it matches its craziness so it’s still good I guess :woman_shrugging:
I could never have imagined this final season would have ended this way, but I absolutely loved it. What an awesome and hilarious way to end what has always been such a ridiculous series.
What a supreme failure of a season
I can't imagine a scenario where the creators of this show ever envisioned it going as long as it did and that played out pretty clearly in how it ended. Just totally nonsensical throwing stuff against the wall to see what sticks. Can't say there was much to like about season 5.. the lack of closure sort of made it even worse. Oh well, the show was brilliant at times at least and it certainly went out in an extremely weird and memorable way..
Rubbish. Waste of a season
What a spectacularly dumb season and a terrible way to end what started as an excellent show.
They could’ve ended it with Dori waking up from her death or something. This felt like a lazy ending.
