As a parent, this episode was very difficult to watch, although at the same time, it provides a fascinating and disturbing view of how a human mind works or fails.
I wonder if Dorothy had a mental breakdown when she left Jericho in the car, or she just forgot him because she was tired and then had a mental breakdown later when she discovered him.
If I were Sean, I’d be like: NOW THAT YOU ADMIT TO KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING AND BEING MAD THAT JERICHO DIED, WHO IS THAT BABY UPSTAIRS?
But no. Apparently it’s not an issue anymore.
So frustrating.
As I was focussing more on the mystery I didn't really expect what happened in this episode especially not in this climate. For a while I expected something even worse (shaking or worse) but it was still shocking enough. The event puts the character of certain people a bit more in perspective but I stick with my idea that she still sucks... Oh how she sucks.
Great episode to a great series so far. Wonder what the next episode will do...
This was a really messed up episode.
Yikes!
The 35 minutes felt like hours.
Absolutely devastating.
Reminded me of that Casey Affleck movie which was equally messed up!
So the baby died because Leanne forgot it in the hot car and her father bought a new baby from a random woman which everyone knows about except Leanne (and Sean and Dorothy?) who just goes with the transformation of a doll into a real life baby. Wonder what the inevitable final twist will be.
Holy s**t man, my heart was pounding against my chest the first half of this episode, I never felt so much fear an desperation with a tv show before. I was super anxious and scared to see what happened to that innocent baby I really thought it was going to be something shocking and bloody but this was worse is a slow burn that makes you anxious and your blood frozen, oh my God, this is so good but bad, it hurts my heart poor baby :(
Quite a good episode but also really hard to watch. I already suspected that Dorothy had something to do with Jericho‘s death but I did not expect it to go down this way.

Shocking episode, but handled very well by the master himself. M. Night did a great job.
