That lecture is a low point of this show. It encapsulates the most problematic issues of the show: women don't have their own dreams and hopes. They don't have real lives. Their jobs don't play any role really. Instead all those single women are obsessed with men. They are hunting a dream: They want to look beautiful by wearing luxury items (these women are a capitalist's dream) and they want to be attractive (=accesible) to men. They want to find a prince. Get married. Become a princess. The fact that all four main protagonists are women and the stories are told from a female perspective doesn't make this a feminist show.
One of the best episode. All the plots were great. That phone call at the end was sweet.
