Wtf was that restroom scene?! Writers running out of ideas?
Mildy spoilers ahead, nothing u wouldn't guess already.
This season of Shameless has been shot in the middle of the COVID pandemic: extensive use of face masks (in the correct and stupid way, as IRL), BLM graffiti everywhere, there are talks about first lockdown and second lockdown, a female mayor in Chicago and some specific Chicago only rules that were a thing this summer. Overall its clear that the 'VID is doing the heavy lifting of the plot here (and it will for the whole S11), while in the past seasons everything was in the writers hands, sometimes with ups and downs. This is a big help for an 11 years old TV show. Yet I can't help myself smiling when I get sent back to the world of Gallaghers and I really can't wait for the next episode.
Except for Frank, everything else was pretty much terrible.
This is probably the worst episode of the entire series. The only laughs were the stuff Frank was doing, everything else was a yawn.
Typical Hollywood B.S. - 2 guys get stoned and instantly become gay. PLEASE, do gays really think we're all just waiting for an opportunity to come out, we just need something to let down our guard?
Alone for seeing so much masks i give it now 3/10 xD
