I really cannot bring myself to care for Adora, Glimmer, or Bow. I don't know if it's a personal taste thing or if they really do fall flat especially compared to Catra and Shadow Weaver. I'm not sure I have reason to believe that Glimmer is powerful too; like the sudden boost in her power and stamina could be attributed to her not having to share the moonstone's power with Angella anymore. Spinnerella and Netossa want what Legolas and Gimli have so bad. Anyways. Sadly, there was no Scorpia, and aside from loving her fun and sweet character, I like how she's used to show Catra's state of mind ?? character arc ?? as well. So Double Trouble, who's devious and enjoys sowing discord, being the one by Catra's side and actually getting along well enough with her was really something. I love their duo too, and they've only been shown working together for a bit more than an episode?? There's also the fact that Double Trouble could so easily double cross Catra, so there's that to watch out for too !!

  • Woah, it's the two cool-looking princesses who get little screentime
  • The Rebellion is using troops, now?
  • Why are they enlisting children?
  • Double Trouble walked so Clayface could run
  • RIP
  • They be making accusations based on zero evidence
  • Okay, 1. they enlist children to fight in the war, and 2. does Glimmer not get an adviser?
  • Just ask Adora if she'd like to be used as a distraction

Eh. The whole "Oh, Glimmer used Adora as bait" conflict is supposed to feel big but it feels manufactured. Like, Glimmer could've asked Adora if she was okay with it or taken the bots out beforehand and then snuck in alone. Again, it just feels fake.
