There were so many examples of this show exceeding the bounds of a kids show but this episode was an absolute masterpiece in it's writing, narration, and content. I still love how even the silly startings of certain episodes can turn so serious by the end.
I am glad we got some exposition. I'm fine with an exposition episode because this show has starved us of it for so long. Like, there is so much filler, I swear, so it's refreshing to actually get some progression and explanation. THANK YOU.

This is by far the best episode so far... Woah.
I loved the whole setting and style of this episode. Everything was literally perfect. The different times, switching in between. When everything came together in the end...
Even small details that now we know how Mara left the sword in the woods and why it was there...
Also, I'm not crying. I just ate something very spicy.
