Love the series, excellent. Normally high quality, but this episode is crap.
Not even the “Slow Horses” can be that stupid. Way overdone.
Hope the last episode is better.
The cliffhanger from the previous episode promised a lot more than what this episode delivered :/
the way this show thrives on making random characters sympathetic in the most mawkish way before brutally killing them off is actually sick!
So this show just went full on mental and unbelievable.
Ho blasting Irons though :joy:
Disappointing season, it seems that everyone lost awareness and common sense. Even Lamb performs weaker.
By now I wonder if the incompetence of the agents isn't primarily a welcome excuse for poor writing.

Tense, generally still excellent episode but I wish it resolved the last ep's cliffhanger as that feels like the show's usual standard pacing. At least we have the revealing, callous power play of Tearney/Taverner. Loved Lamb's nicknames for two of his team as "Scratch and Sniff" too.
