It's important to know the happenings from Shouken's POV, but this was basically a whole episode of already seen scenes with some narration by Shouken. There wasn't really anything new to know so far. And although this would totally be fine in a longer anime, I have to emphasize again that this season only has 12 episodes, so it felt like a useless filler to me.
