Nice, Maya and Jack looks like an interesting development actually, just like Andy and Sullivan might be a whole lot of drama, she needs someone more intense then both Ryan and Jack imo.
Ryan needs some action too though, he's kind of like a lost puppy again.
Not really sure how I feel about Maya and Jack. Could be good, could be terrible.
Andy and Sullivan still weird me out. But it was cool to see all the guys hang out with the captain and have fun.
Even though the time jump could have been handled better, the show feels like it's back in its groove now. Just extremely pleasant and enjoyable procedural soap, squarely in the Grey's mold.

I forgot Maya was bi! She is my absolute favorite. I don't like her with Gibson, but like I also kind of do. I saw it coming from a mile away. I like their competitive banter, but I'm not sure that will translate into a good relationship. But maybe it will just be for fun.
