My god, Louis is more insufferable than usual.
I'm conflicted between thinking GO DONNA for getting what she wanted, and absolutely LOATHING how she went about it. I don't know much, if at all, about firms but I doubt 10 years of being an assistant or whatever earn you the right to be a senior partner.
Great tiny stories that could have been brilliant. But then this ridiculous story about the vodka thing (out of the blue, you need to do this... Oh... You mean so we can? Yes! Awesome! Let's make out because now the audience understood 1+1=2 and I had to repeat that). And then partners out of the blue.
Come on... Who handed said vodka to writing staff? They were sober the first 15...

Yeah, it's totally normal to be promoting an executive assistant to a senior GODAMN partner. And I'm pretty sure 4 out of those 9 firm's COO's had a better degree and obviously more experience that you Donna -_-
I'm sorry, I don't hate Donna but this story line is BS. That' not how partnership works at all.
