My guess is that the bbg is Mr. Magedzee. He runs a power company, the villains have been attacking power stations, and he knows about the rare mineral; which makes me think he has a lot of it and is probably trying to market Zambianite as the city's main power source. In the end it's probably all just about getting more money smh.
