Lot of issues with this season so far. English dude is super unlikeable. (are we supposed to suddenly love him coz he volunteers at a soup kitchen?), Alex and Whatsherface have terrible chemistry. Lena becoming a cliché villain?
I just hope they find a way to recover and build towards something more meaningful.
Oh, it's another supervillain's masterplan to "save" humanity by changing one single thing in human behaviour because that will be the simple solution to everything. I'm so sick of always the same plot...
Very messy episode. Bad plotlines full of old cliches. Ill just wait for the crossover lol
This episode is rated 76% really? I thought that this episode seemed to be all over the place and wasn't an enjoyable episode at all.
I hope Lena redeems herself at the end of the season and that Kara doesn‘t have to kill her. The writers spent so many episodes on Lena convincing everyone that she isn‘t like her brother and now she’s just as crazy. Such a waste of good character development.
Yeah, that woman shouldn't have been texting and walking. Someone actually said this on a TV show.
That car crash scene at the beginning had no regard for physics but then again that's likely a pattern in this show and not something worth mentioning at this point. I don't mind that much as other parts of this show are great but IMO this is one of those things they could improve.
Anyway, while I'm still (a bit) mad at the writers for their choices regarding Lena I'm at least glad that Lena's new endeavours might revolve around some interesting (ethical) questions (like using technology to fix our human "flaws").
Brainy is the work boyfriend ever. This show is stating to suck. Supergirl's fights suck. Alex's hairstyle sucks.
I know NSA doesn’t do this anymore but you owe me, really he’s got NSA on speed dial? And how do they track Kara & send the location to the phone? These writers...must be some kids writing the storyline now.
Kara hopefully has a new love interest. Although I think there’s already too much romance in the show. With the side characters.

Now Lena sounds like "mad queen Taylor."

Lena, please, go see a therapist. Strike one.
You know the one thing I hate the most in a show? When character development works for nothing. The writers have spent seasons convincing us that, although Lena is a Luthor, she's not actually a Luthor. She was even convinced that she wasn't like her brother. Yeah, they've played with the idea of her being evil, but that's all. And now, she's just acting so weird it's beginning to feel fake and simply stupid. The reasoning behind her actions are nor believable. She's just about to control mankind and rip them from their free will because she's angry with her best friend.
I've seen this plot over an over again. Scientist tries to save mankind only to end up destroying it.
This episode was weird. First of all, that Rojas girl is beginning to get on my nerves andhe British guy has to be evil somehow (how did he track her, btw?) And Lena's not evil, she's just crazy. And using Eve to create her AI... Also, you can bet your bottom dollar that this new AI turns evil at the end of the season.
I love Nia and Brainy. They're cute together but I think I missed something in the episode. She just told him he was adorable and everything seemed ok and a minute later, she turns in bed and covers her head while he's reading poetry. I feel like a missed an argument in between or something. Saying this, their part was the one I liked the best.
I'm curious about Jonn and his brother. And the whole Kelly-Alex thing was strange to say the least. Something seemed odd to me in their scenes. Maybe they happened very fast or, I don't know. I love seeing them together, though.
That said, this season is dragging a little bit. It's like Supergirl meets Black Mirror and the whole Lena thing, if it continues like this, is gonna anger me to superior levels.
James' choice of outfit made me laugh. I'm no fashion expert but that vest he was wearing looked like he wanted to put on a suit but couldn't afford the sleeves and just rolled with it.
