With Sheriff Jody, psychic Patience and newcomer Kaia, a dreamcatcher, all playing roles in this one, I can honestly say that I'm really liking the cast that they're putting together for the WAYWARD SISTERS spin-off. And they did it while also providing a great WInchester- and Jack-related episode at the same time. Nicely done.
dinosaurs? don't know what to expect
Jurassic world, that's where the hell you are :')
What a freaking episode!!!
It was so so entertaining, the only thing that bothered me a bit was "The Office" filming style, I didn't like how the camera was moving and zooming in and out but everything else was great
To be honest, I don't see why Jack needs a dreamwalker to see other worlds, for God sake he's the strongest being in the world LOL, but I think the explanation is that he's not very experienced with his powers so he needed someone else to do that for him, also I like how Jack was portrayed in this episode, he was so much mature and confident
Also I kinda felt bad when Dean saw his Mom, he was so triggered and that showed when he pulled the gun on that girl, anyway the only think I didn't get is why the angels died when the girl screamed, also why jack was sent to another world and the boys to another, we saw the girl shifting between these two worlds when she lost control but I don't get why Jack and the boys were separated
Anyway, now we have freaking dinosaurs LOL, I don't know what to expect but I'm so excited
OMFG!! What a great midseason finale!
Welcome to Jurassic Park! music
Have angels always been this mean?! Dean holding Kaia at gun point! Gosh. What in the world.
Wow, how good is this season going to get? Now we have din....... hey, not gonna put a spoiler in ;) Love it!

Jack: "I was scared. I was upset. But why would I look for him? He's no one to me. You, Castiel. You're my family"
Dean: "Yes, we are"
Holy crap, right in the feels. I've waited a long time for Dean to say this. And Sam and Jack's smiles, especially Jack's were lovely. Man, that kid is the purest thing I've ever seen, a little cinnamon roll that needs to be protected at all costs. He was so happy to have Dean's approval. I swear if the writers make this sweet little thing evil I'm gonna be pissed, like bring-my-pitchfork kind of pissed.
I love Sam's relationship with Jack. He loves him so much that he tried to sugarcoat the fact that they were looking for him because they were worried he went evil and then Dean just went right to the point, lol.
I love, really, really love where Supernatural is going. That multiverse thing that they've got going on is so damn interesting. Plus, that bad place looked really dark and bloody. I loved it and I definitely want to get more than a glimpse on that.
Dinosaurs in Supernatural! Wth? That ending was insane. It looks like the Legends have created another anachronism, lol. Are we gonna have a crossover? Cause now that wouldn't even be that crazy, lmao.
I love when the boys use John's journal. There have been a couple of references throughout this season and whenever I see them using it to get info, it beings a warming smile to my face. I keep on hoping that this is just a foreshadowing for his return.
I missed Jack so damn much! Both the writers are Alexander Calvert are doing such a great job with the character. The last episodes we've seen a lovely innocent Jack, hiding the fact that his power is extremely powerful. But it was in this episode when I realized that, despite his innocence, he can be creepy as hell, even with a simple "Hello". Seriously, every thing he says feels so innocent, yet layered with evil at the very same time.
He casually breaking Kaia out if jail reminded me so much to when Cas broke Claire out of kid jail. He did it like it was nothing. "That door was triple-locked" "Was it?", lol.
"I like...Cocaine" - Jack. That got me rolling on the floor.
I like Kaia already, more than Patience, actually. They seem to be two contrasting characters. I'm intrigued by her backstory and I liked her snarky attitude, especially in the meeting. She seems a bit Claire-like. I liked seeing Patience again but if she wanted to warn Jody she could've at least picked up the phone and give her a heads-up. Btw, her dad was full on John. He wrote her off just like that, the same way John did with Sam. I loved that parallel.
One thing that didn't make sense was when she hit Jack and run away because he was a stranger, but two minutes later she's hitchhiking and hoping in someone's car. That's dangerous!
Btw, I found Kaia screaming three times in a row absolutely hilarious, despite how tense and intriguing the situation was.
My God, the look on Dean when he realized that Mary was alive gave me the freaking chills. He scared me, to be honest. He had that "I'm willing to do anything and kill anyone who gets in my way" look. But then again, seeing his mom being held and tortured is just enough to push him over the edge. He blames himself and feels guilty because he knows he should've been looking for her. I grew concerned when he pulled the gun to Kaia. That was just dark but did you notice that Sam didn't even try to stop him? All he did was mention her name.
The imprints of those angel wings were outstanding. I don't know what I liked more, the imprints or the melted angel blade.
I love the cinematography of this show. I really do, but it felt really weird this episode. They seem to be experimenting with a handheld camera style, thus those shaky shots, strange zoom-ins and weird camera angles.
However, I LOVED those aerial shots. They really add a lot cinematography speaking and I hope we get to see them more often. I'd appreciate it. Not only were so camera angles weird, but also the "Then" section, though I found it interesting to say the least.
And now we're gonna have to wait a freaking month to see how they get back togetherafter being scattered throughout universes.
I'm guessing that Jack and Mary will team up with Kevin so that they can come back to our world and use Kaia to bring the boys back.
Overall, fantastic mid-season finale, crazy cliffhanger, new character introductions and a new glimpse on different worlds. I'm really loving where this is going and I can't wait to see how it evolves.
Have a Merry Christmas, guys!
