If not for Fritz Weaver starring as Edmond Hailey (you know, as in Hailey's Comey), I would have scored this a "1". The story idea of a time window that allows Earth people to ride the comet around the galaxy is pretty fun, but this is so low budget that the camera never even leaves the room. The transportation of people from Earth to the comet was represented as some smoke and light coming out of the end of a telescope. This was really bad. And the actress that played Englebert's wife was so annoying. And I get it. She was supposed to be. But she wasn't funny in the least. She was just shrill and over-the-top in the worst way possible.
