Meh. The part about Reddington abducting Liz, rather than Townsend was so obvious. I'm surprised Harold is as naive as he is. Even Cynthia is smarter than Harold for crying out loud.
Reddington, having so stupidly put Liz next to Godwin, with no hidden camera or hearing devices in her cell is also so stupid. Really, this guy stays ahead of the FBI for years? Liz is obviously pissed at him and she'll do anything to betray him, the obvious play was Reddington intentionally letting her listen to the conversation about the chip, and then him actually having had a second chip in Godwin as well.
So Raymond doesn't really tell anything to Liz on the car drive, about the secrets, but he's still too busy to answer Harold. Wonderful. And if he can't answer if he's got something so important to tell her, why isn't Dembe picking up the phone? Goddamn the writers are bad.
The semi reveal about the Blacklist was underwhelming. Having read that the show was renewed for season 9, I'm just sad that they're not ending the story this season. Absolutely senseless at this point.

I like how everyone is shocked when the Post Office is breached, yet the exact same thing has happened literally multiple times throughout this series. Come on, people.
Liz continues to be an idiot - makes a "deal" with Townsend, yet there's nothing that would stop him from just taking her alongside Red once he caught up to them. Dumbass.
Red calls Liz a "good mother." Being a good mother is handing off your kid to another adult for the umpteenth time? What?

That was poor. Liz is determined to kill Reddington and then, all of a sudden, she’s talking to him like a little girl getting all excited as though she’s just met someone new and interesting. Just get the series over with, it’s well past it’s sell by date.
Harold: Liz had a great career before Red.

They're skipping a week (almost, as according to Trakt.tv it's not on Friday but will now be on Wednesdays?) when there's only two episodes left for the season AND they are not even putting them together in the same night, we'll have to wait a week in between? That sucks.
The Blacklist is coming back for season nine. So is Reddington dying or isn't he? And is Megan Boone leaving the show or not? I guess we may find out in the finale episode of season 8, or not. And we are still going to be left in the dark about Reddington's identity for another 2 episodes. This show still has many places it could go as long as they continue to spend the money to make it. I don't want to see it end but if 9 is the last season, I hope they spend a lot and go out with a bang.

Good episode but why the hell did Red not put THAT phone call on speaker! I really hope they end this story arc this season.
